One of the most beautiful spots in London is definitely Notting Hill – there are small shops and boutiques on every corner. I fell in love with this place. Notting Hill is best known for the film of the same name in which Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant play the leading roles. Even the famous „blue door“ from the film is still there – on the corner of Portobello Road and Westbourne Park Road:

On our search for the places from the film – for example the „Hugh Grant Bookstore“, in whose house there is now unfortunately a shoe shop – my roommates and I also came across the famous Portobello Road and the associated Portobello Market. Here, there are fruit and vegetable stands, antiques and clothes at numerous stands to admire. (:
Notting Hill is definitely worth a visit and I will certainly come back here again, because on Saturdays there are supposed to be more nice stands with even more antiques and knick-knacks (: Besides, I haven’t discovered everything yet, for example the Kensington Gardens Park. (:
